The quiet and reliable 230v AC Yewdale motor is housed within the barrel and supported by a sturdy, aluminium cassette system. Perfect for roof or sloping windows in awkward or inaccessible locations.  Comes as standard with black powder-coated hardware with heavy-duty componentry and powerful spring tensioning.  Blackout fabric, side channels, baffles and pile-seals stop any light filtering through.
